Mô tả công việc:

• Teach 28 hours monthly
• Deliver English lessons in alignment with the provided syllabus and learning objectives
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the program by enhancing teaching materials, handouts, assignments, and booklists
• Integrate global citizenship skills into classroom activities, including problem solving, critical thinking, teamwork, communication, creativity, and leadership
• Monitor student progress closely, provide constructive feedback, and support students through examinations and evaluations
• Assess student performance regularly to ensure each learner receives the guidance and support needed for their academic and personal growth

Yêu cầu:

• Possess a Master's degree or higher in English Language Teaching or a related field (e.g., English Language, English Literature, Business English)
• A minimum of 1–2 years of prior experience teaching English
• Familiarity with a variety of effective teaching methods and approaches
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a collaborative team player
• Demonstrates empathy, humility, and a genuine interest in student development—takes time to listen, support, and encourage learners
• Deep passion for education with a commitment to nurturing the whole student, both academically and personally
• Ability to inspire and lead students through a love of learning, driving them toward strong academic achievement
• Native English speakers are strongly preferred
• Preference will also be given to candidates who have studied in English-speaking countries
