Chính sách bảo mật này có hiệu lực từ ngày 13 tháng 9 năm 2021 và áp dụng cho Website https://career.fpt.edu.vn/ (“Website”) của FPT Education (“FPT Education/Công ty”), nơi FPT Education cùng các đơn vị liên kết và/hoặc chi nhánh có thể thu thập một số dữ liệu cá nhân nhất định.

Vui lòng đọc kỹ Chính sách bảo mật này vì nó chứa thông tin quan trọng giúp bạn hiểu rõ cách chúng tôi xử lý bất kỳ thông tin cá nhân nào mà bạn cung cấp hoặc chúng tôi thu thập trong phạm vi của Website (“Dữ liệu cá nhân”). FPT Education (“chúng tôi”) là đơn vị chịu trách nhiệm kiểm soát và xử lý Dữ liệu cá nhân.

Chúng tôi tôn trọng quyền riêng tư của bạn và cam kết bảo vệ Dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn, đồng thời tuân thủ các quy định pháp luật hiện hành về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân (bao gồm Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP về Bảo vệ Dữ liệu Cá nhân ).

1. Chúng tôi thu thập và xử lý những loại dữ liệu cá nhân nào?

Tùy thuộc vào cách bạn tương tác với Website (trực tuyến, ngoại tuyến, qua điện thoại, v.v.), chúng tôi có thể thu thập và xử lý một số loại dữ liệu cá nhân như sau:

• Dữ liệu nhận dạng – Bao gồm các thông tin cần thiết để bạn truy cập vào Website, chẳng hạn như ngày tháng năm sinh.

2. Mục đích xử lý Dữ liệu cá nhân

Chúng tôi thu thập và sử dụng Dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn với các mục đích sau:

• Liên lạc với bạn;

• Quản lý hoạt động kinh doanh và thực hiện hợp đồng với bạn (nếu có);

• Duy trì và tối ưu hóa trải nghiệm của bạn trên Website;

4. Chia sẻ Dữ liệu cá nhân

Chúng tôi có thể chia sẻ Dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn với bên thứ ba để hỗ trợ cung cấp dịch vụ, duy trì hoạt động của Website, bao gồm:

• Nhà cung cấp dịch vụ lưu trữ dữ liệu tại Việt Nam;

• Đối tác cung cấp dịch vụ phân tích dữ liệu, ví dụ như Google Analytics;

• Cơ quan thực thi pháp luật, cơ quan quản lý nhà nước khi có yêu cầu theo quy định pháp luật.

PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy policy applies from 13 September 2021 to the Website https://career.fpt.edu.vn/ ("Website") of FPT Education ("FPT Education/the Company") where FPT Education and its Affiliates and/or Branches will collect certain personal data. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully as it contains important information to help you understand our practices regarding any personal information you provide to us or that we collect otherwise within the context of the Website ("Personal data"). FPT Education ("we") is the controller and processor of the processed Personal Data.
