Responsibilities:

• Manage the coordination and governance of the Student Club community
• Participate in managing student life events of Student Services, including events for undergraduate programs, on and off-campus
• Participate in the design and delivery of engaging modules for the Professional Development Program (PDP) to enhance the professional skills of Swinburne Vietnam students
• Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders for collaboration opportunities
• Any other tasks relevant to the role or as required by the Head of Student Services 

Requirements:

• A relevant Bachelor’s Degree, with a passion for recreation development, event management, higher education
• Demonstrated experience in relevant fields
• Familiarity in managing extracurricular activities in a university environment.
• Experience in event management
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an added advantage if comfortable speaking in public and presenting to diverse audiences.
• Proven planning, organizational, and budget management skills, coupled with adept problem-solving abilities and timely task coordination/implementation.
• Demonstrated adaptability to work both independently and within a team, alongside a commitment to continuous learning and growth
