Swinburne Việt Nam is the international alliance between Swinburne University of Technology and FPT University. The alliance is established to deliver Swinburne’s courses in Vietnam. The delivery is in compliance with all Operating Manual, the Coursework Partnerships Quality Schedule and the QA Manual of Swinburne University of Technology.

Job Descriptions:

  • Teaching English to student following the syllabus provided
  • Contribute to improving the programs including teaching material, handouts, assignments, booklist
  • Integrate global citizen skills through class activities and learning processes (Problem Solving, Critical thinking, Teamwork, Communication, Creativity, and Leadership)
  • Follow the students learning progress, provide feedback, examination, and evaluation
  • Assess and evaluate students, ensuring all learners are developed

Requirements:

  • Hold Master Degree or higher in English Language Teaching or related fields;
  • Related fields as: English Language, English Literature, Business English, ...
  • Minimum 7.5 IELTS or relevant (TOEIC, TOEFL)
  • Previous experience as an English teacher (1-2 years)
  • Knowledge of various teaching methods
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Highly motivated, ambitious and collaborative
  • Demonstrate empathy, humility and genuinely care about students, taking the time to listen and motivate them
  • Passionate about teaching and a strong commitment to holistic education
  • The ability to inspire students through a genuine passion for learning and a desire to lead them towards outstanding academic outcomes
  • English native speaker is an advantage
  • Candidates studied in English native speak countries are given preference
