Job description:

• To attend subject meetings, seminars, and extracurricular activities related to the curriculum.
• To support students to participate in internal and international English competitions
• To contribute to the exam bank and share practical experiences in teaching with the English team
• To apply modern and advanced teaching methods, have many suitable approaches for many different types of students
• To plan, prepare and teach lessons to various levels/students of different backgrounds
• To be willing to plan and prepare every lesson using PowerPoint slides
• To administer, mark and upload test scores to our academic affairs department
• To monitor students’ academic progress, follow up, and give academic advice when needed.
• To report to Academic Head on all issues related to academics.
• To participate in school events and marketing activities when required.

Requirements:

• Have MA in TESOL, or CELTA/TESOL certificates, or equivalent
• Have teaching experience from 3 years or more
• Good skills in communication, listening, collaboration, adaptability, empathy, and patience. Other characteristics of effective teaching include an engaging classroom presence, value in real-world learning, exchange of best practices, and a lifelong love of learning.
• Prefer: Native English speakers
